These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AYUSHUB Healthcare Technologies Private Limited. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the platform.
Welcome to AYUSHUB ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the AYUSHUB website (ayushub.com), related web subdomains, mobile applications, doctor practice management tools, and teleconsultation services.
By accessing, registering with, or utilizing any portion of AYUSHUB, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Your access to and use of the Platform is conditioned upon your unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform.
Continued usage following any posted updates or amendments to these Terms constitutes binding acceptance of the modified Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age under applicable law to register for an independent user account on AYUSHUB. Minors under 18 years of age may only access consultation services under the direct supervision and legal consent of a parent or lawful guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
By creating an account or booking an appointment, you warrant that you possess the legal authority, capacity, and competence to enter into this agreement and that all registration information submitted is truthful, current, and accurate.
AYUSHUB is a technology-enabled digital healthcare facilitator and practice management ecosystem for Ayurveda. The Platform provides digital tools including an Ayurvedic doctor directory, appointment scheduling, digital health record management, and secure teleconsultation connectivity between patients and verified independent medical practitioners.
AYUSHUB acts solely as a technology intermediary as defined under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and does not itself engage in the practice of medicine or provide direct medical diagnoses.
AYUSHUB provides digital infrastructure connecting patients with licensed medical practitioners. Professional clinical opinions, diagnoses, and digital prescriptions remain the sole clinical responsibility of the independent consulting doctor.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including legal name, verifiable Indian mobile number, and valid email address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and one-time passcodes (OTPs). You agree to immediately notify AYUSHUB of any unauthorized use or security breach involving your account.
Patients utilizing teleconsultation services agree to provide truthful, accurate, and comprehensive health disclosures, including ongoing symptoms, past medical history, current medications, surgical history, and known drug or herbal allergies.
Patients acknowledge that incomplete, misleading, or withheld health disclosures may impair a practitioner's clinical assessment and that AYUSHUB and the consulting practitioner bear no liability resulting from inaccurate disclosures.
Ayurvedic practitioners registering on AYUSHUB must hold a recognized degree in Ayurvedic medicine (BAMS, MD/MS Ayurveda, or equivalent) awarded by a recognized university and registered with the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) or respective State Ayurvedic/Medical Council.
AYUSHUB reviews practitioner registration documents, degree credentials, and council registration numbers prior to granting verified listing status. Practitioners warrant that all uploaded credentials are authentic, valid, and free of suspension or disciplinary revocations.
Teleconsultations conducted through the Platform are governed by the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, along with applicable standards from the Ministry of Ayush.
Consultations facilitate clinical assessment, lifestyle guidance (Ahara-Vihara), preventative wellness, and classical Ayurvedic medical advice. Practitioners reserve the right to recommend an in-person physical consultation whenever clinical signs warrant hands-on examination.
The doctor-patient relationship is established strictly and directly between the consulting medical practitioner and the patient. AYUSHUB is not a party to this clinical relationship.
Practitioners exercise independent professional judgment in evaluating patient conditions, formulating treatments, and issuing prescriptions. AYUSHUB does not direct, influence, or oversee the clinical decisions made by consulting practitioners.
Appointment booking confirms a reserved time slot with the chosen practitioner. Patients and practitioners are requested to join punctually at the scheduled time.
Consultation durations are set according to the selected booking tier. Rescheduling and cancellation requests must adhere to the timeframes specified in our Refund Policy.
Consultation fees, platform service charges, and applicable statutory taxes are transparently displayed prior to payment confirmation.
Payments are securely processed through Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized payment aggregators (such as Razorpay). AYUSHUB does not store sensitive payment credentials, card numbers, or UPI MPINs on its servers.
AYUSHUB offers optional SaaS practice management subscriptions for Ayurvedic doctors and clinics, providing advanced OPD workflows, electronic medical records (EMR), and patient management features.
Subscription fees are billed on an agreed recurring basis (monthly or annual). Subscribers may manage, upgrade, or cancel subscription renewals through their clinic administrative dashboard.
Digital prescriptions generated on the Platform bear the registered practitioner's name, degree qualifications, state/national council registration number, and clinical recommendations.
Digital prescriptions are intended exclusively for the named patient and may not be transferred, altered, or reused without authorized medical supervision.
Products listed on the AYUSHUB store are manufactured by licensed entities under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and comply with standards of the Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia of India (API).
Product descriptions and wellness benefits are provided for general educational purposes. Patients should follow individual practitioner recommendations regarding specific botanical formulations and dosages.
Users may upload profile information, clinical documents, test results, and reviews. You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform.
By uploading content, you grant AYUSHUB a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to securely process and store such data solely for the purpose of delivering healthcare services and fulfilling Platform functionality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Users agree not to engage in any activity that compromises the integrity, security, or availability of the Platform. Prohibited activities will result in immediate account termination and potential legal recourse.
All proprietary content on AYUSHUB, including trademarks, logos, brand names, user interface designs, visual layouts, text, graphics, and proprietary software algorithms, is the exclusive intellectual property of AYUSHUB Healthcare Technologies Private Limited.
No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or reverse engineered without explicit written consent.
We prioritize the confidentiality of your personal and health information. Collection, storage, and processing of user data are strictly governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy.
By utilizing AYUSHUB, you consent to data collection and processing as detailed in the Privacy Policy in accordance with Indian information technology and data protection standards.
The Platform may integrate third-party services, including authorized payment gateways, communication APIs, and hosting infrastructure. While we partner with reputable service providers, AYUSHUB is not liable for independent third-party acts, interruptions, or terms.
We endeavor to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 availability of the Platform. However, access may be temporarily interrupted for scheduled maintenance, security upgrades, telecommunication network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
THE PLATFORM AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
AYUSHUB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR MEDICAL OUTCOME, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TELECONSULTATION IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR EMERGENCY PHYSICAL HOSPITAL CARE.
AYUSHUB is NOT an emergency medical service. In the event of an acute medical crisis, severe pain, trauma, difficulty breathing, or life-threatening symptoms, please visit the nearest hospital emergency room or call local emergency medical services immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, AYUSHUB, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our aggregate liability for any direct claim arising from your use of Platform services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AYUSHUB, its directors, officers, partners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
AYUSHUB reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately and without prior notice in the event of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, non-payment, or upon lawful directive from judicial or regulatory authorities.
We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory developments. The revised date will be displayed at the top of this page.
Material revisions will be notified through prominent notices on the Platform or via direct communication to registered accounts.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Maharashtra, India.
