Online consultations are conducted via video/audio call and are subject to the same professional standards as in-person consultations. However, online consultations have limitations and may not be suitable for all medical conditions.

4. Doctor Registration and Responsibilities

Doctors registering on our platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate credentials and qualifications
  • Maintain valid medical licenses and insurance
  • Provide professional, ethical care to all patients
  • Comply with all applicable laws and medical regulations
  • Not misrepresent their qualifications or experience
  • Maintain patient confidentiality as per medical ethics

5. Appointments and Consultations

Appointment bookings are subject to doctor availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments. Cancellation policies are as follows:

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: Subject to doctor's discretion
  • No-shows: May be charged the full consultation fee

6. Product Sales

All product purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders. Product prices may change without notice.

  • Shipping: Products are shipped within 3-5 business days
  • Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened products
  • Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
  • Damaged items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
